Hi, I’m Dr. Aguilar, author and educator focused on exploring essential leadership principles through insightful writing. I’ve published in academic journals mostly and just recently began writing for the general audience.

I earned my Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX, and have taught Management and Leadership courses in various universities including Texas A&M-Central Texas and Fort Hays University among others. Currently, I teach online business courses for a local college and spend time developing Business Management and Leadership content.

My intent is to contribute to existing leadership topics and share effective leadership skills, tips, and suggestions — as well as encourage you to share your insights in the (Care to Share) section in this website.
